WRESTLING
- Started as wrestling in 1975.
- 1st Pos., Iraq Wrestling Champ for Juniors, 1977, weight 73 kg.
- 1st Pos., Iraq Wrestling Champ for Youth, 1979, weight 82 kg.
- 1st Pos., Arab Wrestling Champ for Youth in Syria - Damascus, 1979, weight 82 kg.
- 2nd Pos., Asia Wrestling Champ in India, 1982, weight 82 kg.
- Iraq championship for 6 years (1982-1988) and remained in the Iraqi National Team for this period.

JUDO
- Started playing Judo since 1988.
- 1st Pos., Saddam Int. Champ, Iraq-Baghdad, 1988, weight +95 kg.
- 1st Pos., Iraq Judo Champ, 1989, weight 100 kg.
- 3rd Pos., Arab Champ, Egypt-Cairo, 1989, weight 100 kg.
- 1st Pos., Iraq Judo Champ, 1993, over-weight.
- Participated in several training courses.
- Remained in the Iraqi National Team for Judo till 2000 as I announced my resignation.
- Participated in World JJ Champ in UAE-Abu Dubi in 2000 as the Head of Iraqi Delegation.

Note:
Attached some certificates that I managed to collect for some of the above participations, but most of it were lost after the war actions in 2003 as the headquarter of the Iraqi National Olympic Committee was roped and burnt later.
